Help for AOL Users
AOL users sometimes encounter unexpected results and errors when completing the online loan counseling. For better results, you should connect to the internet via AOL and use another browser, which is probably already installed on your computer, to complete the online loan counseling. To do this:
- connect to AOL as you normally do
- minimize AOL (use the minus sign in the upper right-hand corner)
- open Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer (go to Start, then Programs and look for Internet Explorer or Netscape)
- go to online loan counseling and begin entrance or exit counseling
